![]() | elbow/tricep injury? Hi everyone, The other week i overdid my tricep, felt really ripped for a fair few days (much more so than usual), and today when working out my elbow start aching while bench pressing, and when doing tricep extensions it really ached and had to stop ...anyone expirienced similar problems?..or any advice? Nat :lift: |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: elbow/tricep injury? It would help but i would take time off mate. I think its a tendon as well poss a small tear. It hurts me on the outside of my elbow where it joins the tricep. Apparently can take 8-12weeks to fully heal which really annoys me. |

Took a week of here and there for my back etc. When it first happened i ignored it and kept training my tris and it just made it worse. You can keep training but chances are it wont get better. I hate having time of but this week will be my 5th now apart from legs which im still training. Its really upto you but having just 1-2 weeks wont do anything unfortunatly wish it was that quick. |
