elbow/tricep injury?

Hi everyone,

The other week i overdid my tricep, felt really ripped for a fair few days (much more so than usual), and today when working out my elbow start aching while bench pressing, and when doing tricep extensions it really ached and had to stop

...anyone expirienced similar problems?..or any advice?

YEP lol i have the exact same thing i carried on training for 2weeks really hammered my trys oneday, now i have been of the gym for 4weeks as everytime i try to work my left tri my elbow kills. Im using cissus and obviously resting much to my dismay as i hate resting. It has got better but still hurts so im trying to get an mri scan.

thinking maybe by an elbow support? but cant see what it would do, i think its a tendon problem or something

It would help but i would take time off mate. I think its a tendon as well poss a small tear. It hurts me on the outside of my elbow where it joins the tricep. Apparently can take 8-12weeks to fully heal which really annoys me.

i cant really afford to take time off, maybe a week or two. otherwise id get ultra bored and frustrated i reckon.

Thats what i have done. Took a week of here and there for my back etc. When it first happened i ignored it and kept training my tris and it just made it worse. You can keep training but chances are it wont get better. I hate having time of but this week will be my 5th now apart from legs which im still training. Its really upto you but having just 1-2 weeks wont do anything unfortunatly wish it was that quick.

Yea so do i mate. Hope urs gets better n all hopfully you havnt ruined urs as much as i did.
