Painful Wrist Injury caused by the Olympics!!!

I've been hitting the Gym hard just recently and apart from the usual aches and soreness (which is actually quite pleasant), I have managed to stay injury free.

However, I bought Mario and Sonic at the Olympics for the Nintendo Wii at the weekend (for the kids of course!) and obviously had to have a go or two. I woke up yesterday morning and I've got a swelling the size of an egg on my right wrist and the pain is unbelievable. Those bloody things are dangerous!!

I'll just stick to the gym from now on!!

Well, maybe just one more go, eh!!

If you think that's bad, I had one of my fingers in a mini splint in early 2004 (having played the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics Game)
