Sharp pain in knuckles, fingers.

Hit someone about 4 weeks ago still having pain in right hand.

can't grip that well due to pain in my hand, took week off seemed to get better but gym is making it worst :(
i dont wanna stop working out tho

where did you hit the person? Probably fractured a metacarpal bone IMO! Just rest your hand for a few weeks then train when the pain is bareable. Steer clear of things like pull ups, bench press and dead lifts for a while (Large load to the hands).

Bone takes about 6 weeks, tendons and ligaments take about 8-12 weeks.
You will be fine over time.

top of the jaw, hard bone bit the pain is bareable, just don't want it to get worst :0
