![]() | Arm Excersise With Dumbelss To Improve Lineout Throw In Rugby Hi, I am looking for some persistences to do with dumbbells to improve my line out throwing in rugby. I think if I train my Biceps and Triceps my throwing distance and power will increase. What are some good exercises I could do? Thanks in advance. |

The main muscle used is the triceps though, get lifting on those dips and pushdowns |
