Front elbow pain - bit between bi and forarm

I'm not really sure if ive buggered the elbow or not ive read alot of peoples elbow problems on here but mine seems to be littrally on the join between the bi and forarm it feels very sore alomost stretched which makes me think it may be musclor. Not sure if i push it 2morro as im surposed 2 do a bi w/o or rest.

It all started after my bi w/o last week the next day at work i pulled up a rope with a heavy load on it and ive been in pain ever since tried to bench a few days later and it really really hurt. any help would be great thanx

Probably you over did it a bit on your bicep workout and have subsequently twinged a muscle or a nerve.

Rest it and rotate ice and heat to the area.

Hi Mate, Welcome to UK Muscle

I would not push this at all you obviously have done some sort of damage and i would rest from all pulling movements and Bi workouts for at least 3-5 days give it time to heal. When you go back make sure you do a propper warm up around the damaged area to prevent further damage.

Cheers
