bicep tendon

ive had a bicep tendon injury which at first i thought was my anterior deltoid till a physio had a look at an said it was inflammed. it first happend benching an i had to stop my session,i trained my back a few days later an there was no pain untill i had finished the work out it was sore.the nex week i tried to bench only on a light weight but was to painfull so i left chest an shoulders out for a few weeks an worked around it training back legs etc .i then sore the physio who told me to have a rest from trainin my upper body all togther so i did. i left it about 2-3 weeks an it felt fine but it obviously wasnt ,i trained chest an only did very light weights this time using the bar an then jus addin 2.5kg at a time an i did the same on all upper body it ,the nex week wen i tried to train again it started hurtin again during chest even thou was very light again ,i trained the rest of my upper body thru out the week with no pain at all but the next week wen i tried squatting havin my arms back to get them on the bar it really hurt so i went to see the phsyio again an he told me to stop training again. any way its been about 3 weeks now shoulder feels much better but this time im goin to leave it for about another 3 weeks jus to make sure. how do i kno when i can train again also is there anything i can do to help the process. thanks an sorry for long story lol :lift:

Re: bicep tendon

Surley your physio gave you more advise than "Just lay off for a few weeks", he / she must have gave you some streching exercise or something else.

If not I would change my physio.
