Re: Injury forum?

Years ago I was doing up right rows but I put much to weight on the bar and the next day my elbows were killing me big time,not the actual joint but the outer part of my elbows,it really hurt for months and then the pain went away but if I ever do up right rows the pain comes back.any advice atall please.

Dont do upright rows. :rolleye11

You could go really light and very strict and slow, or do front raises and shrugs to hit the same muscles.

Is your wrist hyperextended when you do the rows?
