![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | arm injury Ive had a few weeks off training over christmas and started back this week, I trained back last night and ive picked up an injury in my left arm, it was fine last night but its hurting this morning, I can move it but i cannot fully extend it, when i try it pulls and hurts on the inside of my elbow (bottom of my bicep). What could this be? I did injure the same place when i first started training but it was so long ago i cant remember how long it took to heal etc... was looking forward to training shoulders tonight, doesnt look like i can now :( any advice? |

![]() | Re: arm injury Its probably just what happens when you just start training. Every time I do curls after some time off my biceps always stiffen right up and I can't bend them. Going by what you've said thats all it sounds like to me. Don't worry I don't think your injured just sore. |
