![]() | tendon pain. Does anybody out there suffer tendon pain in the crease between your bicep and forearm. Ive recently started getting it real bad and its starting to mess up my training. Any advice on why i get this and how to prevent this would be appreciated. Thanks |

I had to give up grappling/MMA because of it. Do a search on here for Cissus, it is the best thing I have used by far. |

Don't do nothing that aggrivates it. Sorry, but that is what I would do.

| Progressing | Hmm, one of the exercises I would avoid when it comes to this type of thing is preacher curls. An ex-training partner of mine tweaked both his arms in that spot you're describing and had to layoff training because of it. /bump for what Hacks said. I'll have to remember that acronym too, Hacks :P RICE. |
