ligaments in wrist

been over a month now and my wrist is still giving me ****e. I fractured it on one side and torn ligaments on the other side. my fracture is in top tip condition but the other side of wrist (side with bone sticking out) is still sore while performing certain exercises. Anyone got any advice on ligaments? healing process?

just did a search on yahoo and came to the conclusion that it could take a looooooong while before it heals up and my wrist will never be the same again.

It might be almost the same. Injuries to connective tissue takes some time to heal, hell, my shoulder took 3 years

I fractured 4 vertabre (trans processers) in my back and I dont even notice it, and I do dead lift too.

You will get better, trust me.

Yeh, Ligaments have a very low blood supply and take a long time to heal and obviously vary on area you've damaged. You're wrist is going to take time mate and you're just going to have to rest it... or get some really solid support for it. Buy some boxing wraps as they support the wrist loads if wrapped correctly. I used to suffer from wrist pain when boxing and found them very useful. Search online for them, BBE ones are good as they make really long ones which is what you need.

Like I said though mate rest is the best thing but you're not going to rest it as I wouldn't so get those bandages!

Do a search on that, I typed up an article out of a mag I had.
It would be willing to be worth a try.
