fractured wrist

just been doing cardio the past week and some leg work and feel my upper body fading away. :boohoo: Can anyone recommend any workouts for the upper body without using your hands as i cant grip anything due to a fractured wrist?

It might sound too girly for ya, but you can get some of those resistancen bands.
I used them when my wrist was broken.
