Yah, HGH. Hey Homer, about the only thing you can do is massage the muscle twards the attachment point. I am not really sure this will be successfull but muscle tears this is what they do. As far as tearing the attachment from the bone or is it the connective tissue that tore? If it took from the bone (ligiment pulled attaching bone) then that is surgery, other way around, connective tissue, only time will heal. But I still would try and get the muscle as far to its natural position as possible like rubbing with some pressure twards the injury. Dude that sucks, I also have a bicep tear and it is super noticible. It has taken me over a year to get any strength out of it. I have quite the complex about it but flexed it has more peak but is actually smaller. In the good light it looks nasty. But, screw it, I cant let that slow me down.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Last year I had the same thing happen to my wrist as well as break a bone. Here are some exercises to help. The wrist needs to be strengthened. After 6 weeks of recouperation in a brace. Start with 20 and build up to 5o-70 pushups but do them by making a fist and doing push-ups on your knuckles. Bend your arm at the elbow until it no longer bends. Your palm of your right hand (using it as injured wrist) should be facing to the left. Bend your hand at the wrist but only as far as it will go comfortably. Take your thumb and bend it back to your forearm as far as it will go comfortably. push each finger down and back towards your palm with your left thumb. Feel the stretch on your upper hand and wrist. Rotate your wrists in full circles 20 times clockwise then 20 times counterclockwise Put your hands together as if you were praying and push the fingers of injured hand slowly backwards as far as you can comfortably go. Be careful on this hyper extension but it is important to stretch the tendons and ligaments. Then push each finger backwards also. Do 40 more rotations of wrists. Wrist exercises

![]() ![]() ![]() | hi hackskii cheers for that im not sure exactly what they meant as they were busy and just think they wanted me out the way, but it must be tissue as you say or it would be surgery its trouble getting a doctor here that understands you and you understand them ,thanks for the exercises peg but the pressups seem a bit harsh

surely with only a week to go its not so much about training than it is about diet............not havin a pop, just asking.......only you can tell how painfull it is.....can you still pose....or change the posing technique. I pulled a hamstring last feb and it still gives me pain a year and 1/2 later...........hope it gets better soon couldnt you see a physio, they may not help, but they do tend to explain things better than docs....especially a&e docs who have little or no time | |
