Salt water is good, but it also kills your own cells.

If you can get this, ST-37 It will work for you very nicely and doesn't kill your own cells.

Try the marshmellow.
I may try that next time. I do know the ST-37 works magic, as well as the vitamin regime.

Rest and fish oils.

Elbow pain can be related to your wrists as well. I posted to that but looks like some of the old injury posts are deleted.
