if you have no problems with these tasks you havent got the same injury as me!!
however if you have let me know and i will tell you what i did about it!!!

HEY ppl!!

I had the pain in my right forearm, i ignored it and carried on training from december throughout feb. Then i had an armwrestle with my uncle where i put everything i had into it.. when we gave up (because nobody won) i felt a sharp intense shatter throughout my forearm.. like a constant pain pumping up and down the arm.. from that point i left it alone.. i then went hospital to find that it was a tear in my muscle.. that pain your getting from curling MIGHT lead to a tear in the muscle like i had..

Best advice i can give is what the nurse gave me, leave it for 8-10weeks do something else.. bandage it and use neurofen gel or deep heat.

I haven't touched it for 17weeks now.. tomorow i start my bi's again so i'll let you know how i got on.

Goodluck !!

Good luck Geezer. Did your bies atrophy much in the 17 weeks?
