Glucosamine - anyone else using this as a supplement?

I'm surprised there aren't any threads on this subject on the board considering the apparent benefits it offers with regards to joint care etc.

Is anyone else on the board using this stuff?

Cheers

IMO you are wrong

Glucosamine is a very useful supplement for tendonitis.

It definitely aided my recovery from injury and there are many studies to back up the theory.

Give it a go,you have nothing to lose.

Also consider taking/upping fish oil intake,a natural anti inflammatory.

Ever thought of taking a collagen supplement? Look on the website body edge for a supplement called acti joint......its a supper product. I used it for my dodgey knee. Queit a few gyms in the south east/london stock it or can get hold of it. or order from the site.
