![]() | training periods ive recently been informed of training periodisation, was told to start with metabolic stage for 4 weeks and move onto conditioning for 6-8wks. id like to give this type of training a try but dont know "what sort of training is metabolic??" "what is conditioning" "how much cardio should i be doing" |
