Moray Muscle will become famous soon enough
squat bar problems

anyone else really struggle to get bar onto back to do squats? took me 15mins of stretching chest to manage to get bar onto top of back and it was right on the neck bone so idea got binned, i aint squatted in a few years used to be able to get bar low down back and squatted no problem, back has got a lot bigger along with traps would this be the problem?:gun:

Are you talking about lifting it on to your back, or the fact that chest is to tight to get arms back to balance the bar, if its the latter ther is a squat bar or attachment that has bars that come forward enabling the bar to be balanced
try a search on google for squat bars or squat aids
