Wrist roller

Not sure were to put this so I'll put it here.
Made myself a wrist roller from an old broom stick and some rope

I did some yesterday after biceps with only 5lbs attached :o and I only did 5 reps up and down and my arms were bostin.

My question is how many reps per set should I do and how many sets for the wrist roller exercise?

I want to put some size on my weenie forearms but Ive done various exercises over time they don't blast my forearms like the wrist roller.
