Hams before Quads?

i have started training Hams 1st i train legs all the on same day, usualy Quads- heavy squats then extensions followed by Hams- seated leg curles then calves, raises on the leg press. i have managed to get my squats up to 270kg x 7 (pb) the only thing is i am getting knee pains from this. so i have opted for the following.

Hams- seated leg curles 4-5 sets work my way up to full stack (6reps)
stiff leg deadlift on a box (better stretch) work up to 140kg for 12
back to curles for a drop set or i set of 15 reps

Quads- leg extensions or one leged, 4 sets starting with high reps then down to 10-12 reps
squats only got up to 180kg last sesion 12 reps as hams and quads were pumped! felt sick too lol shorter brakes also. or one leg press 4 sets each leg work my way up the stack 12 reps.

Calves- are the same 5 sets working my way to full stack then drop set for 5 drops. do this for set 4 and 5.

any one think this is an ok leg work out? most sets are warm ups to 1 or 2 max input sets. hams are put 1st to give knees a break and as i hardly train them its a Hams priority work out any way as they do lag a bit. hams are feeling battered! loving this so far miss heavy squats tho! any input pleas

oh if my spelling is bad its due to the fact that i cant spell lol

Re: Hams before Quads?

I'd do leg extensions before heavy pressing to pre-exhaust the quads personally.....but it looks good mate.....heavy weight also.....
