Training Routine - Critique

Hi,

I'm not sure if I am over training. Could you give me some advice?
My objective is to get bigger in mass.

Day 1
- Quads, Hamstring and Calf
- Abs

Day 2
- Chest
- Back
- Biceps and Triceps

Day 3
- Shoulders
- Traps
- Abs

Day 4
- Rest

Day 5, 6 and 7
- The same sequence (Abs may be rotated by an arms routine)

I work out in the evenings after work. During weekends, I work out in the morning/ afternoon.

Diet: 3 main meals supplemented by either protein shake or snack in between.

Sleep: 6 hours-7 hours every day.

Supplements: Myoplex and Glutamine. I am now taking Mag 10. When I am taking a break from Mag 10, I take Tribex. I am considering Dianabol.

Advice?

Thanks and have a great start to the new year.
Harry

Looks like overtraining to me.
ALso you are doing too many compound exercises too close to each other.
Chest, back and arms the same day is a bit much.
Also the next day you end up doing shoulders.

You can break the chest up with the shoulders and triceps.

You can break the back up with biceps and traps.

I only hit each body part once a week only.

Depends how many sets and exercises you're doing for each body part.

It's only overtraining if you're not gaining!

Don't consider the Dbol until you are:

Eating more 6-7 meals a day instead of 3 plus two shakes.

Sleeping more, 8 hours is better but not always suitable for everyone.

Have sorted out your routine.

Dbol is a quick fix people use sometimes for the above problems, get them right first and you will gain a lot more.
