Love that split bicep.
You are really lean bro and looking good.

I think you have some good genetics.
I think you should do some basic compound exercises and get some mass on you.
Lift heavy and diet is key.
I cant help much more than this but this is what I see.

As the guys have said -you are lookgin shreaded - eat lots (but clean) and I'd go for a good compound powerlifting style routine to get some mass on. Looks liek your genetics are pretty good so provided you get the diet right you should do well. One thing - you are still pretty young and IMHO you don;t need to be thinking abbout using gear yet (or even in the summer). you have plenty of test in your system already I'd wai until you hit about 21 b4 u get started on the gear.

There are a couple of young guys at the gym where I train - one competes (and he always places pretty high) He came 3rd in the NABA British (Our very own Flex Lewis was 1st) and looks very good - he hasn't been doing gear all that long as he wanted to get as far as he could first, he has trained since he was 15. On the othr hand there is another chap who is 19 and only been training about two months now - after 3 weeks he started using Abombs and sust - now you will know I'm pretty keen on my high doses but I think this guys is being very stupid.....

thx for the comments guys! Yes i deffo agree i need to get some mass on me.

what do you think of this routine which iam thinking of starting next Wednesday on a 5x8 basis (2 warm up sets), on squats i will do the old 20RM technique every week;

Workout 1

Military Press
Squat
Barbell Row
Shrugs

Workout 2

Deadlift
Bench Press
Chins
Barbell Curls

this will be performed on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays rotating the workouts on each day.

My current routine is a 4 day split which is;

Monday; Chest and triceps.
Tuesday; off
Wednesday; Back and biceps.
Thursday: off
Friday : Delts and traps.
Saturday; legs
Sunday; off

Should i go for the new routine? is it ok?

Damagedgoods - yes you are right concerning the steriods saying iam too young, i agree with you there. However i wish to compete in the EFBB juniors and i can't do well their if i dont start juicing. i want to start competing asap so i can get a head start in bodybuilding, even if i dont make the top three i wish just to experience it .

well the guy you said who was training for 2 months and is already on gear - i agree thats just silly hes WAY to inexperienced most likely.
