![]() | gains well guys its been 2weeks since i started training again with the help of your advice and i can thruthfully say ohhhhh **** lol ive never seen my body grow this quick before every morning im noticing new lines and more mass especially on my back and legs! the two places i could never get to grow before so thanks for all the advice and ideasthis is an example of a workout day on monday back dumbell over row 3x8 3x1 pull downs 3x8 3x1 deadlifts 3x8 3x1 triceps overhead curls 3x8 3x1 tricep pull downs 3x8 3x1 close grip bench press 3x8 3x1 with the sets i do the whole work out and then go back and do 3x1 nice n heavy to give the muscle one last shock and i used to train my whole body everyday and never overtrained so should be ok! food wise im on 8 sausages and 3 scramblled eggs in the morning when i gewt in with a bowl of cereal and a proper whole meal when i wake up! my creatines finally kicking aswell ![]() if any one can see anything with that that could work better please critisise if not thanks for all the advice guys and keep if coming |
