i am wanting to try this routine. i have seen diffrent sites all with difrent ways to do it. iv heard one smart cookie is ther one to ask about this.
any help from anyone would be great.

some sites say train x6 per week some say x4 and x3 some say use 1 exersice per bodypart some say 2 some say 4?????

what does vinces origional 8x8xlook like???? and is that the one to train with or are there better variations???
