Training change?

Hi fellas i was provided what i thonk is a great training schedule, however being a novice with loads of enthusiasm, i have founds that with my works rota and other things am struggling to maintain the routine.

Can anybody please take a look and maybe advise how i can stream line this keeping in mind in new and have a long journey ahead.

For cardio i am:
Rowing 20-30 minutes 3 x per week
running 30 minutes 3 x per weeks

Please advise as i feel guilty when i cant fit in a session.
