![]() ![]() | calfs and cramp ok might not be the right place for this, so please move if need be, when training calfs i seem to be getting regular cramps usually 5 mins or so after finishing my calf training- its extremley painful and annoying. i stretch fully inbetween sets and after in an attempt to stop it happening. i competed last year and couldnt pose my calfs due to cramp and i really dont want the same thing to happen next year -obv i was mildy de-hydratred on show day. any hints tips on how to combat this i drink plenty water everyday and have a typical off season diet thanks
