![]() | cutting and training When trying to cut is it best to use a routine with high rep ranges or do u guys just keep ur routines the same and change diet ?

| Gym Addict | Re: cutting and training Well im about to start and training is going to stay the same for me.. bar adding in some cardio at the end.. I dont think increasing rep ranges makes much of a difference tbh - its all about the diet.

Everyone down my local gym and i mean everyone believes this. If you try to argue it no one believes or listens and there are some big lads (with body fat admitidly) but its amazing how old theories get stuck with people.
