cutting and training

When trying to cut is it best to use a routine with high rep ranges or do u guys just keep ur routines the same and change diet ?

Well im about to start and training is going to stay the same for me.. bar adding in some cardio at the end..

I dont think increasing rep ranges makes much of a difference tbh - its all about the diet.

when cutting their is no need to alter your training sessions stick with what you know just make sure you put in 100% intensity

There are so many old school theories that you need to change routine and do high reps lower weights!

Everyone down my local gym and i mean everyone believes this. If you try to argue it no one believes or listens and there are some big lads (with body fat admitidly) but its amazing how old theories get stuck with people.
