Re: advice for alternative workout

damn it cellrat i was going to say that

yeah press ups
flat, incline, decline and vertical are possible

vertical ones are the ones where you are in the hand stand position i dont see why a lack of a bench means you cant do bb presses though?

as regards hitting the triceps use a palms together grip

Re: advice for alternative workout

unless you have paralel bars you will struggle to train chest without a bench

Re: advice for alternative workout

There are plenty of fold away benches on the market. I have a heavy duty Powerline one.

What are you doing for squats?

Re: advice for alternative workout

The differenet forms of pressups are just about it.

Try adding weight into a bagpack to add resistance and it will be strength training.

The only thing with pressups is it puts alot of pressure on the lower back, so youve got to make sure your form is very good.

Re: advice for alternative workout

pressure is put on the lower back when form is lost, like when the hips are being pushed to the floor, causing an arch in the lower back and a lot more pressure
