Re: Westside routine

Why are you looking to change? Have you stopped gaining on Madcow's routine?

For WSB, read the articles here:
http://www.westside-barbell.com/articles.htm

The point of WSB is to pick a max effort exercise, and then to cycle assistance work depending on your own weaknesses. So nobody can really write a cookie-cutter WSB routine which will do what its supposed to do. You need to figure out where your weaknesses are and blast them. The articles will help you a lot.

Re: Westside routine

Westside doesn't suit everyone. Just cos its the big thing with the Septics, everyone seems to think its the system to follow.

Give it a go by all means but keep your mind open to other things as well.
