Have you stopped gaining on Madcow's routine? For WSB, read the articles here: http://www.westside-barbell.com/articles.htm The point of WSB is to pick a max effort exercise, and then to cycle assistance work depending on your own weaknesses. So nobody can really write a cookie-cutter WSB routine which will do what its supposed to do. You need to figure out where your weaknesses are and blast them. The articles will help you a lot.
