Forearm Training Rope Device
Hi, I don't know what you call it, but it's one of these:

A stick that you hold, with a rope attached a the middle that reaches to the floor, going through the middle of a weight plate. You twist the stick, which wraps around the stick, raising the plate, thereby training your forearm.

You know what I mean.

I have only ever seen homemade ones of these, but I don't have the time to make one, so does anyone know of a retailer for these devices.
