Superset Routines

Hi all,

has anyone got a good routine involving supersets ? ive never ever used them in training and it would be intresting to see how i got on with a routine based on them?

my delts were always **** the last fe wmonths ive been supersetting side raises with machine press as the second and third exercise, and tbh its really brought them on!

arms is one of the best i have ever done

close grip press into barbell curl 3 progressive sets

cable ez push downs into cable ez close grip curl 2 to 3 sets progression in weight again

concentration curls into over head single arm extension 2 sets high reps

I also susperset Arms:-


4 x sets = BB Close Grip Bench Supersetted with DB Hammer Curls
4 x sets = BB Sculls with DB Curls or BB Curls

Finishing with Extns and Concentration curls
