![]() | advice pls tinytom hi ive been trying to get my self a new training split all week and working out when n what to do, no disrespect to any of you ova big lads, but i saw tinytom post a split which is this Monday - Back Wednesday - Quads Friday - Chest + Biceps Monday - Delts + Triceps Wednesday - Hams + Calves Friday - Repeat ive been training for bout 2 years and made good gains, and i feel i know my body really well and what works, but ive always run a 3 day split mon, wed, fri etc, but at the moment im just so knakerd and and struggling to train everyfin wich is a shame, i wanna try that split, but i just wanna knw a few things like ebody i still wanna grow and get bigger, so could i still achive with the abouve split or is it for a more bulky advanced person whos jus adding liitle bits ov quality mass? i like the way it seperates the muscle groups by like training quads n hams seperatly cus u can really target the muscle. also u train heavy u say when doin this but how many sets should i be doing? thanx |
