current split and propsed change

at the moment i do
mon quads calfs
tue chest tris
wed off
thurs back
frid delts and bis
saturday hams and traps

my delts sightly lag behind but they have been improving of late, however id liek to try training delts after chest as i can feel teh front delt getting battered from benching dips etc woudl this be a bad idea considering my delts lag or could it work out? that ay i could also use friday as arms day opinions welcome :>

Re: current split and propsed change

Move shoulders away from back
take the biceps out of the shoulder day
have a day for triceps and shoulders and put your biceps with chest or back well away from shoulders
