![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Decline Presses At the momment my gyms dip belt has broken so i am unable to perform weighted dips would decline presses be a good alternative untill a new dip belt comes. I included them into my chest routine today and felt they worked my inner pecs more than anything. Do you feel they are an effective exercise for the lower chest? Cheers. |
