Routine Help!

Hi Guys Im currently on the getting ripped mission, I have sorted my diet out and now the routine has got to be sorted.
at the moment I have been doin

Monday: ABS Chest + Triceps + 30 Mins High Intensity Cardio (split up into 3x 10mins)

Tuesday: ABS + 30 Mins High Intensity Cardio (split up into 3x 10mins)

Wednesday: ABS + Back + Biceps + 30 Mins High Intensity Cardio (split up into 3x 10mins)

Thursday: ABS + 30 Mins High Intensity Cardio (split up into 3x 10mins)

Friday: ABS + Shoulders + Legs + 30 Mins High Intensity Cardio (split up into 3x 10mins)

Saturday: ABS + 30 Mins High Intensity Cardio (split up into 3x 10mins)

Sunday: Rest Day

I think im doin to much cardio, do you think I should just get rid of my cardio on weight days will this be better? so just have weight days and cardio days seperate.

Cheers guys thanks for your time.

Re: Routine Help!

Whats with the abs every single day, you know the abs are a muscle group theirself, they do need to recover otherwise they won't grow. Too much cardio I would say. Do cardio on Tuesday and Saturday. Just do abs 2 or 3 times a week.
