 | Trap/ Shrug bars Trap/ Shrug bars are recommended in Beyond Brawn by Stuart McRobert. They seem very good but I have since learned that they are not a cheap piece of kit. could I have a few opinions please? Has anyone used one and how do you rate their effectiveness? Does anyone know where to buy a good quality one at a good price? Cheers guys |

| Re: Trap/ Shrug bars Useful Sq / DL variant and yeah, I always had one in my gym and it got used a lot. If I was at a commercial gym and ehy didnt have one, id **** and moan about it...lol. So yeah, a worthwhile addition. I havent looked at kit prices for a while but even back in the dark ages i was defo over 100 quid for one, probably from gymratz? Cheers, G |
