South Champ Jnr is on a distinguished road
Another boring question but help appreciated!

So at the end of May ive got three shows penciled into the diary, i might do all three might do just two, either way ive never done back to back shows before and whats concerning me is leg training for the contest.

Now i was always told that legs shouldn't be trained at least 7 days prior to the show as the amount of recovery time they need is huge, and also the fact that when they are recovering they tend to bring a lot of water into the muscle, making them look smooth. so if i decided to do three shows on the last three sundays of May, when am i meant to train legs? i dont want to risk losing size in my legs, by not training them for three weeks but i also dont want to bring in smooth legs.

Cheers in advance guys
