![]() ![]() | Hey everyone... Right o.k i am coming to end of my patients with this now! My goal: 14 stone at 15% fat Current: 12 stone at 21% fat Let me give everyone reading a quick overview. My training each week is well laid out and well balanced using some training guides found on here. 4-5 days a week training hitting each body part with good intensity and a good cardio work out after. My job is..... average intensity when it comes to movement and walking. My diet i thought was as perfect as i can be. I have read every guide in the magazines and on here possible. My intakes are high and some days taking in 3000+ calories trying to bulk up. My bulking is NOT working! I was 12.4 stone... so i have actually lost weight! Now the thing is i am getting more muscle and losing fat as you can clearly see i look like i have more muscle and my strength is going threw the roof. BUT i am not gaining weight. What ever i eat, how ever much, how ever many supplements and shakes and protien shakes and mass gain shakes i take i cant put weight on! Its becoming really hard and its getting to me because i want to bulk up. Any ideas where i am going wrong? Good diet Enough calories Good training plan Any thing else to think about?

![]() | Re: Training + diet + Calories = weight loss!!! HELP!! You could be putting on muscle and losing fat if you are just starting out... Personally at 21% bodyfat I'd try and drop that to 5%+ and then clean bulk slowly to 14 stone. Bare in mind this will take a good few years naturally. |
