Exclamation Training + diet + Calories = weight loss!!! HELP!!

Hey everyone...

Right o.k i am coming to end of my patients with this now!

My goal: 14 stone at 15% fat
Current: 12 stone at 21% fat

Let me give everyone reading a quick overview.

My training each week is well laid out and well balanced using some training guides found on here. 4-5 days a week training hitting each body part with good intensity and a good cardio work out after.

My job is..... average intensity when it comes to movement and walking.

My diet i thought was as perfect as i can be. I have read every guide in the magazines and on here possible. My intakes are high and some days taking in 3000+ calories trying to bulk up.

My bulking is NOT working! I was 12.4 stone... so i have actually lost weight! Now the thing is i am getting more muscle and losing fat as you can clearly see i look like i have more muscle and my strength is going threw the roof.

BUT i am not gaining weight. What ever i eat, how ever much, how ever many supplements and shakes and protien shakes and mass gain shakes i take i cant put weight on! Its becoming really hard and its getting to me because i want to bulk up.

Any ideas where i am going wrong?

Good diet
Enough calories
Good training plan

Any thing else to think about?

You could be putting on muscle and losing fat if you are just starting out...

Personally at 21% bodyfat I'd try and drop that to 5%+ and then clean bulk slowly to 14 stone. Bare in mind this will take a good few years naturally.

Well the scales are saying 20% but no one believes as i dont look it.....

It terms of eating its everything from salmon and tuna to sweet potatoe and red meats. ALL at the right times of day... Not putting weight on doesnt make sense! LOL
