Right ive been seeing this girl from and she loves that i love keeping in shape, but pointed out some of my weak points, which give me a motivational kick, she said that my weak points are, quads,calves,upper chest and lat width. so have changed my routine around to work my weak points at the start of the week, routine shall go a bit like this :- Monday - leg extensions 4x8-10 leg press 6x10 (10 seconds rest in between) lunges 3x10 stiff leg deads 4x8-10 laying leg curls 3x8-10 Seated calf raises - 3x12 standing calf raises 3x12 Tuesday- Incline barbell press - 4x6-10 seated chest press - 4x6-10 incline flyes - 4x6-10 dips - 3x failure Thursday- wide lat pull downs to front - 4x6-10 bent-over barbell rows (under-hand) 4x6-10 Close-grip pull downs - 4x6-10 seated close-grip rows - 4x6-10 Friday- seated barbell press - 4x4-10 Front raises - 3x6-10 side raises - 4x6-10 shrugs - 4x6-10 - superset with - Upright rows 4x6-10 Saturday- Triceps- Skull crushers - 4x8-10 seated french press - 4x8-10 cable rope extensions - 3x8-10 Biceps- seated alternate dumbell curls-4x8-10 hammer preacher curl - 4x8-10 close-grip cable curl - 4x8-10

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Gotta pump up ! hey, that's good if she is able to spot weaknesses however, I have tried to get gf's in the past to do this but they really don't know what is what when it comes to bbing. All they know is what they like. So if you want to get constructive criticism on you total physique - mass, symmetry etc.. then I'd ask an experienced bber or even post pics on here as what you'll get from a girl (assuming no bodybuilding history) is what she fancies - normally a build like Brad Pitt.

She reckons i have more of a gymnastic physique, which i think is ideal, because i do not want to get massive, although i love and following bbing, but everyone of my past gf`s have said that they like a more gymnastic build to a bbing build like, Although i do take steroids, my diet compliments the way i progress in bulking, when bulking i put on lean muscle and bf stays around 10% , soo ive got all that down, I usually train with a mate whos a gymnast , and usually do some of his exercises(bodyweight) which i feel that give me that extra boost ![]()

Cool, sounds like you're achieving the look you want and you have a woman who is in to that - which is a bonus! You're right, not everyone wants to get huge its a personal choice and I always think that the main key to looking good is bf%. Keep it below 10 and you're on to a winner.

Done most routines over the years, and the one thing I learned (obviously what works ok for me) is that I struggle to train 2 days in a row, nevermind the 5 or so that Dan has put down, the workload probably aint that bad, its the no' of consecutive days. If he can grow like that, as some ppl can, then fair play, I know myself and a good percentage of trainers, would too though.
