arm workout

Hello there..

I am getting very frustrated because im unsure when and how to train arms at the moment.

I have just been relying on ancillary actions like when doing back. I also do a couple of different sets on back day but they are usually beat after back.

Does anyone recommend a single day dedicated to bi's and tri's or as i said relying on doing them with chest or back when they are already hit.

I am looking to stimulate growth in my arms, i know it will take a lot of time and alot of eating. But what routine would anyone recommend? i know different things work for different people but it'll be interesting for me to see.

Much appreciated guys.

Mark

Re: arm workout

i dont have any rountine for arms i just train bis and tris and forarms together,i do around 15-20 sets sometimes high reps sometimes giant sets drop sets i just do the lot depends on what i fancy doing, just keep it simple,im a beleaver of going for a deep pump for arm growth keep the weight moderate.
