Incline Benching

Do most people use the smith for this?

Dont have any other kind of rack in the gym for it!

or should I just use dumbbells?

DB's over Smith, but for me a 50 degree angle with a BB is my favorite.

i find swapping round each week mate ,
soo u the muscle doesnt get used to the same
exercise !!

I emailed the gym asking if they could get heavier db's........

in short they said 'no'

You could try using 2 tricep extension bars as Dbs...

Or use the 2x olly bars - bet that would would stability muscles you didn't even know existed.....

i am doing it on smith- superb -just at the part of the rep where bar or dumbell would lock out easy i have to keep pushing on the smith and feel its harder
