![]() | 5x5 Whats The Principle hi just wondering bit of a simple question but is 5x5 (5 reps 5 sets)? ive really hit a wall with training and i want to up my stregnth, ive herd 5x5 workouts can help with strength, but are they any good for building mass? cus that its also a main target of mine. if anyone has any tried and tested 5x5 workout plans that would be great |
