Leg Width?

Hi all...
Just after some opinions and some advice to gaining some more width to my legs.

All in all I think my legs are ok, but I'm looking to take that extra step. Checking them out during my leg session the other day I though I could do with some width.

Current Leg session is in a Push, Pull, Legs. Routine split.
Squats (2 W/up): 3sets, (8 -10 Reps)
Stiff legged dead left (Dumbells): 3sets, (8 -10 Reps)
Finish off with Leg ext / Seated Leg curl super set: 3sets, (10 -12 Reps).

If you need more info just ask.
Thanks
Tom K
All done bye bye

Re: Leg Width?

Tough one...

Duck foot leg press (feet like this with heels together: \/ ) will hit your outer quads which could give them some more width.

You could always change your routine to purely compounds and alter your reps to have either lower reps (i.e. 10x3, 5x5) or higher reps (3x15/20/25) to offer a different stimulus?

Wide Stance Squats
Duck Foot Leg Press
Stiff Leg Deadlifts (Unlock Knees, Toes on Plates)

Re: Leg Width?

Yep, ^^^^^^^ I agree.

Change your feet position on leg presses, that should hit your adductors. Stick to squatting, but go for 5-6 reps.

^^^ Good thinking.

Direct Hip Adductor/Adductor work could help too.

Thanks guys...
These were some of my thoughts. But just wanted some more clarification.

I'll have a go at the Duck Leg press, have tried before so will have another go.

Session will prob look like:
Squats
Duck Leg Press
Stiff legged Deads

Thanks
