| Getting bigger | Re: length of training sessions? Once I am warmed up and ready to go I lift for about 45 mins. Cardio on diff days and also lasy about 45 mins.

| jagnut | Re: length of training sessions? I polled 45-60 for me personally, any longer and i'm wasting my time. Sometimes thats split into around 30mins am and then 30mins pm.
