![]() ![]() | Any secret weapons? Anyone got any secret little workout moves they use to mix up their training routines? Just gets a bit monotonous doing the same moves all the time! i know dead lifts, squats and bench are a must as a base to work from throughout the week but anything other than the usual flies, curls, leg extentions etc? What about supersets / pyramids? I'm trying to gain mass more than anything but any ideas would be welcomed!

Tris - rope pull downs, skull crushers Tues - Legs - Squats, leg extensions, lunges, calf raises Wed - rest Thurs - Back - Lat pull downs, deads, seated row Biceps - Hammer curls, barbell curls, close grip pull ups Fri - Shoulders - Shoulder press, dumbell press Chest - Flat and inclines (inclines mainly)

![]() ![]() | Re: Any secret weapons? Usually do 8 - 10 for first couple of sets then go heavy for next three sets. Try to get 6-8 for the heavy ones. i am going heavy enough as well, proper struggle to get the last ones out...........go hard or go home right!!!!

![]() ![]() | Re: Any secret weapons? Really?!! Too much, overtraining? Yeah i'm progressing, still putting weight on and getting bigger, lean as well, my body fat is about 8%! I get plenty of rest in between, hardly burn any calories either, i'm a london cabbie, sit on my ar$e all day!
