powernap now,gotta go shoppin at 10.30,another powernap,few meetings,couple hours rest about 7 total probably and then weights and swimming. tomorrow is a day off cept for the swimming. im not stopping till i get to 6 minutes a km. i don't care about puking, ive squatted till ive puked before a couple times. good deep sleep tonight hopefully. nap time!

okay ive been docs,poundin head,diareoha,puking,dizzyness from lack of calories all i can keep down is digestive biscuits ive gone thru about 6 today from 6.30am to now so im really really dizzy.i had 2 correct this a few times lol!

okay so i went doctors cos i couldnt stop puking and ****ting and he says i have a virus, i must have had 500 cals worth of digestive biscuits (All i cud keep down) within 16 hours so i felt very faint n went docs n hes give me anti sickness so this is a day off diet,im on digestives lucazades to get my blood sugar up and chewing gum.day off tomorrow no doubt.

okay so i lost 5 pounds in a day,i didnt feel well so i popped some caffeine and set off to hit back and bi's because like my name i am a true warrior,though perhaps a stupid one.fast very hard workout,full stack on pulldowns for 12 reps,full stack on the pull backs for 8 reps,bi curls ez bar 20kgs's a side for 8 reps inc the bar and clips,back extensions,pullups,and a few other things,got my pulse up to 185. gnna post some pics i just got taken. 18 inch bis semi-pumped.

Mate don't train when you have a virus there's nothing hard about that. You're just going to spend longer in an infected state and therefore longer not progressing in your training. Plus you probably infected other people while you were at the gym. Not clever man.

its not a virus, its my medication for DEFINATE its been happening two weeks and not when i dont take it. it just happened again today in fact. training is good squash was wicked.got football possibly 2moro n running/cycling/swimming.changings medication 2moro hopefully.

very very bad back pain so went docs,got prescription for 30x50mg tramadol,went for 2 blood tests.went home took em,they r very powerful they worked made me a lil euphoric and made me sleep.taken a couple more throughout the day and napped more.on my new medication now which is helping me sleep.so no training for a little while.

I would take 2 weeks off from training and cardio but keep your diet VERY tight.
Doing any thing will just make you lose muscle nothing else.
