Gee-Spot is on a distinguished road
Rear (Posterior) Delts

Quick question.

On shoulder day I do Shoulder presses, Lat/Front raises and Upright Row. I also have seated row and bent over row on another day. Sometimes I do military press for a change

I dont seem to be getting much burn on my rear delts. Good progress on the fronts and side but they are still smaller on the back.

Is there an exercise other than reverse fly that I can do to target them specifically?

Or will I be working them enough on what I do above and I am just being impatient

Cheers

Re: Rear (Posterior) Delts

Reverse flies will target them, but if your form is good bent over rows should hit them nicely. It's a small muscle group so be vary of overtraining them.

Alternate maybe or add reverse flies in as staple if you wish - if it works then great, if not, stick with rows.

Re: Rear (Posterior) Delts

Have you tried using the cable machine for reverse flyes?
