![]() | Re: deltoids? which exercises and when? Lifts? Do you mean compund movements like deadlifts and squats? I do OHP with dumbells seated / upright rows wit EZ bar / lateral raises / front raises / shrugs afterwards my shoulders burn like hell and I can't take my T-shirt off. I'm going to change this up now as my body is used to it. Got wider though and the upright rows have put some damn good size on. I'm thinking about upright row on back day as it has been recommended, but I like doing it on shoulder day. Thinking about some cables in there... but yeah I guess shear mass is all about the OHP. |

I dont train delts, chest, tris or whatever. I train to get stronger in certain lifts, mainly deads, squats, bench. With me?

didnt actually mention 'leg day'. i was trying to ask if people trained there delts with other body parts. i take it you train delts with traps then?

Warmup 2 sets Lat Side Raises to failure 2 sets Lying single arm rear delt DB flys to failure 2/3 sets DB Shoulder Press to failure Moderate weight, for reps. Stops my niggly shoulder injury from coming back. |
