Question Just out of interest... what waist size at 10% ?
I was wondering what waist size r you if your around 10% fat? (and your height?)

I'm 5ft 8 and around 14% at the mo... according to calipers (so its only a guide) but I'm 31" waist around my belly button area. I want to reach 10% and maintain that as i think that would be comfortable to maintain for me and keep year long. But the way I see this, I will be under 30" waist when I'm that lean. This is only 1" less than I am now... but it just seems like a very slim waist for a guy so would like to hear what u guys are that have got to around 10% ? When I breath in a bit I can now see the outline of the lower abs...(never seen them before) so getting exited about this now! lol.

32 around the belly button at 9% calipers checked bf ,5ft8

Thanks guys, I guessed it would be quite a varied answer... but didnt take everything into account with body shape etc.. This isnt an obsession or anything BTW about getting a thin waist.. its just after reducing overall bodyfat.. wondered how thin people get around there as they reach these lower figures.... specially the guys with visable lower abs.

There is no way to answer this accuratley, everyone has different genetics and so will have different measurements.

yep, i have a BF of 13% and a waist measurement of 38" at 6'-1"

Yeah I am blocky through waist too, at 12% I was still 36 (6foot) while a mate at a (slightly) higher bf was 33 (pretty much the same height)... bast@rd...
