![]() | Push pull legs Does any one have an example of a decent push pull legs. I am looking to add more mass while gain strength so was considering 4x7 reps while adding weight each set. 3 or 4 days a week would be good. So if any one has an example of a split or ppl workout that works that would be really good! Thanks |
