Angry NEED HELP WITH MUSCLE MASS

ok
for half a month now
iv stopped lifting due to ramadhan
i dont fast but my gym (yes a private muslim gym dont worry they dont teach us how to build bombs) shut down for a month

so iv stopped bb diet and lifting
i only take protein shake once a day now
iv lost 1 stone and my muscle don't look full any more
and i seem to have lost alot of muscle

is all my 3 months hard work gone down the drain or would my muscle memory bring back by muscles to its before size when i start training in to weeks time

im real ****ed lol

teen section

the forum is organised enough most of the 9000 members manage to use the correct section i am sure if you made a an effort you would aswell

as for a teen section well there would be just one peice of advice needed in there and that is to eat plenty of good clean food then you will grow.
